there was a poll that just came out today from the l.a. times and usc that had likely voters divided just about evenly on this. but that's 40% on each side, 40% for and about 40% against, which is a statistical ded heat but it still leaves 20% that hasn't made up their minds yet. and i guess the conventional wisdom would indicate that if that many people hadn't made up their minds, those might mostly be no voters. >> craig, the oil companies, are they putting a lot of resources into supporting this, or the other side, are they putting a lot of money -- >> valero has about $4 million into it. and the koch industries, the koch brothers have about a million in. they're only three members of the million-dollar club. there are a number of companies with six-figure contributions on the yes side, mostly related to the oil and gas industry. but the no on 23 campaign has drummed up a lot of money from venture capitalists, high-tech interests in silicon valley, because they think that a.b. 32 has actually been supporting the new clean tech economy.
